I am writing to follow-up on my previous review. Within two days of posting my scathing review of Impressive Cleaners, the manager called me. She was very apologetic. She informed me that she had not been told of my situation by any of her staff. She seemed quite sincere and I believe that she was not properly informed by her staff. She asked what they could do to remedy the situation. I suggested that if my clothes were to be found and returned I would be happy. Additional financial damages were offered, but I said I would be fine with just my clothes being returned, as I did not file a complaint as a means to get money from the business. Genesis was Incredibly helpful. When I went to other cleaners in the area, they were not helpful, and they were rude. I needed my stuff done in one day because I procrastinated way too long. She got my stuff done in the time she promised, and for a great value. She’s a keeper
