Originally called seeking guidance on how to dismiss or create a case against E-470, who had issued a notice to me that I had received a civil penalty due to not paying a tollway ticket (I personally don't drive in the toll lane and I had never received any information before on this). Following the guidance of Maurice, the representative I spoke to, I was able to get everything dismissed with E-470 before a consultation or litigation was even needed.
