Scott is a true expert in his field and generously took the time with me to walk my property and point out any potential red flags. I’m dealing with a frustratingly overwhelming moisture issue and he helped me diagnose the potential points of entry for the water. I feel much more confident now knowing it’s not a foundation issue but rather something else could be the culprit. He recommended a general contractor experienced in this type of work that I’ll be calling to help fix the issues, hopefully once and for all.
