I got my eyebrows micro bladed here 6 years ago and the ink turned red within 3 years. Won’t go away. Ruined my eyebrows. Have the spend money for laser now. She was also rude and cancelled appointments on me 3 times. Regret going here

CAUTION: A year ago I was dissatisfied with the results of my color boost as they were too cool after they healed. I left several voice messages, texts and emails with no return response. I knew Kathy was having some personal problems during the time she did my brows, however, I have given her a year to respond and have yet to hear from her.I have since found a professional who has told me Kathy went too deep and I have to have a laser treatment done before she will be able to warm up the color. As a result want to warn others of Kathy's lack of professionalism.Service: Microblading

Beware! Uses Falsified/Inflated Google ratings! Cancels, lies, stands up customers after taking payment. My (horrific) experience was exactly like the many reviews below. Took 2-3 hours longer than her estimate to do my permanent makeup, face was swollen by the end and she didn't suggest stopping or taking Ibuprofen before my appt even though only she knew how long it would actually take and to expect eye swelling (since she had done this "hundreds" of times, in her words). Charged me for appointment and touch-up at the same time then stood me up x5 for the touch-up and I ended up with only one eye with permanent makeup on it. Always cancelled last-minute (after I'd arrived or started driving to her office) or even didn't cancel but had a closed office with no one there when I arrived, even when I confirmed the appt the day before.
