There are lots of plumbers with experience, but not many with the competence gained after working 23 years in the trade. There are also many that are fair and will stick to their quote regardless of whether they run into unexpected obstacles. And for me, a good measure of a tradesman is whether they are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. But besides checking all of the boxes, Jim is just simply a really likeable guy.
