We've used Mobile Pet Shine for years now to groom our husky, Blaze. They're always very professional and hyper-focused on making him as comfortable as possible. They do a great job and Blaze always looks like a million bucks when he comes out of the van.
Mobile pet shine was recommended to me by a woman who had her dogs groomed with them. I was looking for a good groomer so I decided to give them a call. Jerry, my groomer, showed up on time with a telephone call just before to make sure that it was okay that he came 10 minutes early. That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We sat down outside with my dog Penny, and discussed what I wanted done. We had a nice 5-minute conversation and then they went off into the van. Jerry called me a little bit later to come out to the van to confirm he was cutting her to the right length. Again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole appointment didn't take that long and Penny, who is somewhat shy, was extremely calm. She loves Jerry and I was very pleased with how Jerry handled her and made her look. I just used their website to schedule her next appointment and it was so easy. I moved back here from California a year ago and have been struggling to find a good groomer. I can feel comfortable that I have found a groomer that I will continue to use for years to come. Thank you Mobile Pet Shine.
