About Life Time

Life Time is an athletic country club offering a wide range of fitness and wellness options. It features an expansive fitness floor with new equipment, various studio classes, eucalyptus steam rooms, and a beautiful pool. The facility is generally well-maintained with friendly staff. Members can enjoy excellent locker rooms with ample towels, a hot tub, and a sauna. The club also has a family swim area, a playground connected to childcare, and a kids club with friendly teachers. Recent reviews suggest that the management is making positive changes, with cleaner facilities, less crowding, and new equipment. A rumor about a cold plunge coming soon has excited some members. However, some feel that the club has lost some of its former appeal, with only one basketball court remaining, and the MMA/boxing area gone, which is disappointing. Crowding remains an issue, and some believe that at the new higher rates, the value does not match the cost. Despite these concerns, the club is still well maintained, with many machines and friendly staff. One reviewer highlighted the water pressure in the showers as a drawback, making post-workout showers difficult. Overall, the facility offers top trainers and friendly staff, with personal trainers like Liv or Drew highly recommended. Group classes are also well-produced. While some members feel the club is not what it used to be, it remains a popular choice for those who enjoy pickleball and a wide array of amenities.

I'll outline everything about this Gym Below 👇

    1. Plenty of Machines, albeit not the best machines you'll find, basically just TechnoGym and Life Fitness stuff, limited ROM and less than ideal curves across the Board, will note the quality machines below:

    Squat Press
    Converging Horizontal Chest Press
    Iso Lateral Row
    Seated Cybex Calf Extension
    Seated Dip

    2. Tons of Squat Rack and Benches

    3. Has every cardio piece you can imagine. Fan Bikes, Self Propelled Treadmills, Steppers, Ski Erg, etc.

    4. Great Co-Ed Sauna which is usually above 175°F

    5. Cold Plunge which isn't really a Plunge as it's like 50°F

I have mixed feelings and mixed opinions on this place. 1) the facility itself is pretty nice. Yes, there can be broken machinery and just like any other gyms the locker rooms & common areas will vary with traffic and time of day. 2) the staff within the facility (ie trainers) are nice and seem friendly but I haven’t interacted with them much. 3) The sign up process was such a hassle. We used a third party vendor through my husband’s work to that allows us access to this specific location and at the beginning the staff upfront couldn’t figure out how to sign us up. My husband had to come in the middle of the day to get help from someone who knew how to sign us up....read full review

Well maintained, lots of machines, clean, and friendly staff. I would give 5 stars, however the water pressure in the showers is so low that I have to take a star off. It's really difficult to shower after workouts here, which is tough when you work out before heading to work. Other than that it's a great gym!
