Taylor was an excellent help. Very professional and patient as I tried to explain all the trouble shooting I had done prior to his arrival. I presented one last idea I was about to try and he told me it would’ve been the first one he tried lol. Surprisingly it worked! He is very knowledgeable the trade and had numerous suggestions for me to ensure I didn’t have the same issue in the future. He did a get job helping and I’ll make sure to call Genesis Electrical again if I have any additional issues!

Taylor was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what the situation with my perceived issue. There was no issue and nothing really to be done! I’m sure he could have found something but he didn’t and integrity is everything. It was first time using Genesis Electrical and I will for sure then in the future and recommend them!

Adam with Genesis 1:3 Electric was great. Very kind and thorough. He explained everything, answered all my questions and offered multiple solutions to my issue while not pushing any services on me. I would definitely recommend them.
