Glenn Merrick is incompetent and ineffective and now is suing my 86 year old disabled mother for unpaid legal fees and has issued a garnishment of her only income her Social Security and retirement benefits which is the only way she can pay her bills. Do NOT hire this attorney.

Choosing a lawyer is a very important decision. Unfortunately, several years ago I chose Glenn Merrick to represent me, this was a long lasting and very painful mistake. You can research his firms name and find others that have posted unflattering reviews as well. I would not recommend Glenn Merrick or his firm.
