1 year review owning this system: TLDR- this is one of the best things I've ever purchased, the system works flawlessly, and the Ductless Plus team was outstanding.
July 2023 I had 4 Mitsubishi Electric ceiling mounted heat/cool units installed in upstairs bedrooms with one large condenser outside. My second floor struggled immensely in the summer to stay cool. The home's existing HVAC design poorly managed to transport cold air from the basement blower up to the second floor.
