When I first reached out to this company, they were extremely responsive, eager to book my appointment, and from the original work they did I thought they did a good job. After letting my carpet dry for a few days, I noticed that there was a brown line, running up my stairs, which looked to be from the hose that they used (this was not there before they cleaned my carpets). Also, there were very light stains in my kids bedrooms that came back instantly. When I reached out to let them know, they were again, very responsive and scheduled me for the next week. We used this company a while back and were very happy with the results. We gave them a four star review. I called them on Dec 4th to schedule a cleaning that needed to be done by Dec 12th. After numerous phone click forwards, I got to a person (Oscar?) who answered the phone, took down my info (they should have us in their system since we receive regular marketing emails abd texts from them). He said someone would get back to me and that the schedule was wide open. By 3:00 pm, I had not received an email estimate, text or call. So I called back. On August 1, 2023, I reached out to this company corresponding with Sandy who seems to have an attitude and did not bother responding back to my text messages with questions I had trying to coordinate a day to have my dryer vent cleaned. I hope moving forward her customer service skills become better, because this is not how you would want to treat a potential customer.
