Xavier cleaned an area rug and my hardwood floors. The area rug was stained and had bad pet odor. Xavier was great! He was thorough and explained the process of removing the stains and odor from the rug. The rug looks clean and smells much better! My hardwood floors are shiny and clean too! Very professional communication via text and email. Had carpet steam cleaned. There were a couple areas that did not come clean and Javier came back out to try a different cleaner on them.
