I discovered Lauren back in 2022 but started going monthly in 2024 and it’s been the best thing I’ve done for myself regarding self care. As a delivery driver I come in with varying aches and tightness and after my sessions, I always leave feeling so much relief. She knows what she is doing and I cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve been to many massage therapists in the past 25-30 years and Lauren’s schedule is packed because she is so fantastic and worth any wait or cost. I truly look forward to our sessions since I know my body will always feel better.
