If I could give zero stars I would. The nurse put her gloves on to find a vein, then took them off to put the needle in and for the infusion itself. She was HORRIBLE! Run don't walk away as fast as you can.

Horrible company. It was okay before until Coram brought out Preferred home care entero department. I’ve had nothing but trouble since. They give me a hard time to get what I need even though I have doctor order and scripts. They’re all incompetent. Don’t go with this company. It’s been nothing but stress and just horrible. Their staff isn’t trained and they’re rude. Since they aren’t trained they have no clue to what you need. Save yourself the trouble! I mean look at all the bad reviews and they average 1 star! If i can I’d give 0 stars!

Really terrible. We have to use them because of our insurance. It took them 6 weeks to fill our initial prescription. I called them every 1-2 days, and they kept saying that they had our prescription and everything was fine, then the story was that everything was NOT fine because the prescription did not list the quantity (it listed the daily amount and the number of days needed, but that apparently wasn't adequate, depending on who I was talking to), so we resubmitted our prescription with the math factored out for them.
