Have gone non responsive in regards to money they acknowledge they owe since last November. Finally have to escalate to get my money back.

Over the course of the year I've been communicating with them (from original estimate through present) the communications went from straight forward (if a bit aggressive) to confusing with lots of excuses, to just plain out ignoring me. The company owes me nearly $3,000 according to the account settlement statement that Josh (owner) sent nine months ago (money that I've paid out of pocket). I've been trying to get that account closed and the money owed to me paid since. Dealing with the office staff I was unable to get a straightforward answer. I've been working with Bear paw for a long time now. Josh has always been very honest, responsive and provided quality work. I would highly recommend them.
