I have seen several chiropractors in several states over the years. Kelly is the best. Because she uses the activator method, I know, however my body is feeling, it won't be "yanked around". Her method is gentle and EFFECTIVE. My husband and I both see Kelly once, to twice a month and I can honestly say my back problems have been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. Kelly is also a wealth of information when it comes to your general health and well being. Her staff/ family is also super friendly. It always feels like visiting family when we go.

I am blown away by my results from 4 sessions of upper and lower tummy sculpting by Brandie at ABD - I was so close to spending big $$$ on lipo to remove the last of the stubborn fat that was just holding on in this area after my 80lb weight loss! Brandie was so convinced that she could help me that she offered me a lower cost package and with my first sculpt, I could feel something happening immediately AND the tape measure doesn’t lie!!! 2.5” later on my lower belly and 2” off my upper stomach area and I can honestly say, I wore leggings and a tank today and no roll!!!
