Linda gives the best masage in town! I usually do a 1.5hr treatment a couple times a month. I like her strong, slow movement on my muscles and she helps to stretch my back. But she will also do lighter pressure. She uses her hands, arms and elbows in the traditional Chinese method. It feels great compared to just hands. I have had tightness in my lower back from an injury years ago. After a few sessions, my back feels so much better.
