I initially ordered flooring to be installed thru Home Depot and the contractors that came to start the installation had to stop as they said the floor needed leveling. After an intensive search, I found Mark the owner of Wakeford Consulting. He was able to come to inspect immediately and showed me that he would be able to level it and he did not try to over sell me. He was fast and did an amazing job. Mark is amazing. He picked up the pieces when another contractor left the project in shambles and took off with the cash. Mark is great. His work is top notch, prices fair and keeps you in the loop at every turn. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s my contractor for life
