The store is always clean and well-stocked, making it easy for customers to find great sales. The staff are super friendly and give great suggestions, with employees like Izzy and Rowan receiving praise for being amazing, talented, and patient, helping customers find exactly what they needed. While the checkout area can sometimes be not pleasant and the staff on the floor was not welcoming, customers appreciate the positive experience and look forward to returning to this Ulta location for both products and services.
