I can't say enough good things about Vonda and her acupuncture practice. If you're considering it at all, just go. I have been dealing with chronic shoulder and neck pain for probably 15 years. Sometimes the pain is manageable, sometimes it's sore even to the touch, affects my mobility and causes me regular headaches and occasional migraines, sleeping problems, etc. If you have lived with chronic pain you know how much it can diminish your quality of life and mental well being.
