We had an exhaust fan vent leak in our master bath after a recent rain. Sales Rep Heber Vargas-Torres came out and gave us a clear explanation of what needed to be done. Heber also kept us up to date on timing to get the job done. Him and a tech came out within a week and replaced the vent pipe. We are very happy with the professional attitude and the quality of the work. Highly recommend them.
The crew was excellent (Jose, Israel and Alfonso). They kept me updated on the progress and left the work are clean or limpiacito!
The windows were installed professionally even though they were not purchased from them.
Could not be happier with the completed job. The roof and new gutters turned out better than I expected. The job was complicated due to a slow and challenging process with the insurance company...delaying all actual replacement work into winter months where the crews had to work around (and sometimes) through storms. Not only was the completed work exceptional...but the cleanup (the usual downfall to roof replacements) was exceptional as well. Would use this company again. In fact, I hope to get a couple of windows replaced by Simple Roofing and Exteriors sometime this summer.
