They did an excellent job installing oak floors to a bedroom and stairs. The craftsmanship and finishing work were beautiful, and it looks gorgeous. They were able to match the color of the rest of the house’s wood flooring perfectly. The team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Lee’s Floor Service really couldn’t have been better. We’d interviewed and received estimates from two other top rated floor contractors. Of all three appointments Sam from Lee’s really filled me with confidence. He went into much more detail of the steps necessary to repair and refinish our hardwoods while minimizing impact to the rest of our home. When the time came I called Lee’s and Dawn got us on the schedule. Had hardwood planks for the repair delivered to the house to acclimate to our houses environment. The repair crew arrived on time, prepped the area, and installed a plastic barrier for dust control. They professionally and skillfully conducted repairs and cleaned up after themselves. The refinishing crew also arrived on schedule, sanded the entire floor on the first day. Stained and sealed on the second day, and applied the finish coat before noon on the third day. Everyone we communicated with from Lee’s were friendly, courteous, and professional. If we should ever need hardwood services again we know who we’re calling.

I can't say enough good things about Lee's Floor Service! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Every step along the way went smooth. Dawn was extremely helpful and very responsive every time I had questions. Sam has a great vision and eye for details which was apparent when we got an estimate done, and that was a huge reason why we went with Lee's. He custom mixed our stain, which made our floors turn out exactly how we wanted them, not just close. Joe and Candice were amazing, they did such a spectacular job installing the floors, very friendly, professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We had a second layer of tile in one area that they discovered, and when they told us they also came with a solution to fix the gap we'd have at the fireplace due to the thickness of the second layer. I always love when someone comes with a solution when they tell you of an unforseen issue. The sanding and staining crew did a fantastic job finishing the floors into the beautiful final product. There were no surprises on the final invoice. It was a pleasure working with everyone!!! Highly recommend Lee's, well worth every penny!
