I've been see Jamie for over a year now. I started with her when I was pregnant because I could hardly walk from the sciatica pain. I 1000% believe I made it through my pregnancy because of her!

After I had my baby, I still see her regularly for some self care time. She always checks in to see what area I need more focus on. I have experienced so much pain relief from plantar fascitis as well as everyday muscle tightness.

She is wonderful at listening to my needs and adapting treatment so I leave feeling better than I came in every time!

I had the best massage today by Jaimie. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable the whole time. she's very knowledgeable as well . I love that she encourages you to enjoy your massage instead of feeling like you've got to carry-on conversation. I will definitely be booking with Jaimie again. She's definitely a gem and I feel blessed to have found her.

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jaimie really listened to what I needed and spent extra time focusing on the areas I mentioned, especially my hips, which tend to hold a lot of tension. I left feeling noticeably better and much more mobile. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly pays attention and tailors the massage to your body.
