I was shopping around for a new place. I had been going to a salon and they just got complacent with my cut. So I decided to pivot and try a “barber shop.” I sent an inquiry to the Castle Rock location and the manager called me and had a conversation about what I wanted in a cut. Long story, short, I booked a cut and Kiana nailed it. The vibe was chill, inclusive, and perfect for me. It wasn’t stuffy and fake. The cut was perfect. I’ll be going back.
The staff is all so friendly and Kiana is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to my fades and cut. I’m very particular and she always sends me away a happy customer. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
I have a shorter hairstyle and Susan does a great job giving the best haircut. I like the care and attention to detail that she provides. I especially like the hot towel neck shave to finish the cut.
