“The staff is great. Very welcoming and friendly. Dr Goodman provides excellent dental service and has a fun sense of humor. Dr Young is also a fantastic dentist. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this dental office to anyone!!!After my emergency (broken tooth) yesterday on Christmas Day and severe nerve pain that made me unable to eat and drink, the responses of the dentist on call, Dr English, makes me vote zero stars for him. First he told his assistant to tell me to just take Ibuprofen and wait until the office opens in 3 days! When I called again because the pain was so unbearable, he told his assistants that he could prescribe me antibiotics (?) and very last, after the very nice assistant probably begged him to see me, he offered to see me for an additional whooping $400 emergency fee! Thanks to the assistant I found an emergency dentist in Centennial who charged me only $75, saw me within 1 hour and made me promptly a temporary crown plus I get my permanent one in 2 days.Really hope Dr Goodman and Dr Young read this as I don’t believe they would agree with the “service” Dr English provided me with. Dr English shouldn’t be on emergency call if he doesn’t care.“

“My general impressions of dentists have long included descriptors like "professional sadism", and my previous experiences with dental checkups and cleanings have usually supported those impressions. (This may explain my 10-year hiatus from their services.) Aspen Dental completely defied my expectations, however. They were polite, professional, completely non-judgemental, and the experience was far less uncomfortable than my past ones. Oral health is crucial to overall health, and I'm actually looking forward to working with Dr. Logan to get back on track with mine.“
