Super great establishment overall! Front desk staff is very friendly and always there to greet you. The instructors really care about accommodating the needs of everyone and making Pilates an accessible and enjoyable experience. Amazingly lovely studio and staff, everyone should try it out! ❤️

I can’t think of a more appropriate day than Valentine’s Day to write this review. I love this place and am grateful for the team at Castle Rock Club Pilates who encourage me to continue the pursuit of my physical well-being! From the front desk to the instructors, kindness is always extended. The instructors are knowledgeable and show genuine concern, helping moderate the exercise if you need it. This place is for everyone, from the novice to the elite, you will find your fit here and regardless of what level that is you’ll feel welcomed.

I just completed 250 classes at this studio. Excellent instructors that help you modify workouts when you have an injury. Lots of classes and ease of scheduling make this a great option to stay in shape. Thanks!
