Grace and her husband are the nicest people ever! They go above and beyond, and their customer service makes you feel like part of the family. Everything always looks great and done very quickly. Will not use any other cleaners except Castle Rock Cleaners. I took a pair of pants for alteration and needed them back by a certain day as I was leaving town and planned on wearing them for a special occasion. Unfortunately when I went to pick them up, they pants had not been delivered to them yet. I live 30 minutes away and knew I wouldn't be back in that area again. We were having a snow storm and the roads were getting slick. CR Star Cleaners drove to pick up my pants and then drove all the way to Larkspur (in a snowstorm, at night) to deliver my pants and then didn't even charge me! Now, THAT'S customer service! My wife loves this business. I came by after I found out my daughter needed something cleaned same day. They were able to magically get a blazer done the same day. Appreciate their cleaning and dry cleaning services as well as alternations.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs
