Came here at 39 weeks pregnant with a bad back and displaced ribs looking for relief. I had had a pregnancy massage at another place in castle rock that didn't give much pressure at all, but Toby really worked well and gave me relief! I have seen Toby once a week for the last 7 weeks and he has helped me in ways I did not know were possible! I have had chronic tightness in different areas of my body for years, tightness that I just assumed I had to live with from now on. It used to be that when I laid flat on my back and extended my arms over my head, my right wrist would touch the ground but my left wrist would hover above the ground about 4 in. Now when I do that stretch both wrists lay flatly on the ground as they should. I have had chronic clicking and joint popping in my knees for years.
