The wait was long. But, the service was excellent. I came in with a pretty bad sinus infection, not the biggest deal in the world, but I was in quite a bit of pain from the pressure. The staff was kind and talked to me in depth about a good treatment plan.
The staff lat afc urgent care in Castle Rock was absolutely amazing! They were very understanding and listened to everything very tentatively. The whole process was timely mannered. Everyone was super kind and respectful. They also called me a few days after my visit to see how I am doing.
I highly recommend!
Thank you so much to your staff being so kind and quick to see my son. Our doctor even took the time to enjoy a little Taylor Swift with my son before we left. I'm very impressed with how quickly we were seen and the prescription being sent to the pharmacy and them processing it so quickly.
