I am so happy we chose to work with Aspen beer burros! We are so happy with the professionalism and fun they brought to our wedding day! Our guests absolutely adored Maverick the burro, and we got so many wonderful photos. They showed up on time and were amazing to work with. 100% recommend!
This was a pitstop on our way to the wineries near Paonia, and it was wonderful. First, it is dog friendly; while you won't be able to take your four legged buddy inside, there is a huge covered patio with plenty of heavy tables to leash your dog up, and also the team will come out to you! Second, for the price, the quantity of food is fantastic; I grabbed the mac and cheese with pulled pork, and was stunned that the pork was almost half the dish. I highly recommend just on the above two items, but frankly the service (sweet, excellent, attentive) and selection of booze (beers and more!) put this spot over the top. You're missing out if you don't visit.
Four of us stopped here for a drink on a hot day. There's a roomy outdoor patio that was nice and shady. Two beers and two Palomas were ordered, and the bill totaled $26 before tax and tip. Not bad. All the juice for drinks is freshly squeezed. The beers were fine, and the drinks were strong! Service was adequate and the staff was personable.
