Got me right in. Did a great job! Very professional and friendly. Some issues with the computer based cash register having difficulty with accepting cash payments. Too bad they missed out on a better tip.

I took my wife to see Thayna after poor service from another stylist. My wife was extremely surprised at how well Thayna listened to her desires and then delivered exactly what she wanted.

Thought I would give Smartstyle a try, the last few haircuts in other salons have been nothing like I asked for! Thayna cut my hair exactly how I wanted and has a wonderful personality. I enjoyed the cut and talking to this talented young lady. I will say my hair is a challenge but she understood how to make it work. Finally someone who listens!
