Wonderful place! I had to put down my 20 yr old dog, Buddy. All staff very kind and sensitive from the front desk (Lisa and Maddie) to the vet tech. Kudos to Desi (vet tech) who helped us during this difficult time. Dr Jane Rubio explained the process and was very empathetic. They even made a clay paw print for us. They all helped make this difficult situation a little easier.

Dr. Gina is amazing. I recently lost someone (my pet) that was extremely close to me. During this time, she cared and showed great compassion for myself and family. She came to my home to help the stress of this process and was wonderful. Dr. Rubio is also hands down, just as amazing. She explains anybissues, treatments and procedures until you have no questions. (And I always have a bunch!)There are no after hours ER services anymore and they do recommend Four mile vet if they cannot be reached. (And EVERYONE at four-mile is WONDERFUL!)

First time there, and I will be back. The vet was very good with my dog Shy, and very patient with me as well. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she sees. 10/10 i recommend.
