The guy diagnosed my PC when its hard drive was failing and rescued years of pictures. He backed up my data, installed a new hard drive, reinstalled my windows operating system and transfered my old data back onto the new drive in less than a day.Very friendly and appropriately professional throughout.
As the owner of a web design agency, I often get customers asking for computer repair and other IT services that we don't offer. I referred one of my technologically challenged clients to Brendan at Hellfire IT, and he was extremely patient and thorough when helping her.
