More than willing to customize their plans and make adjustments along the way. Their sub-contractors are very friendly and made the building process easy. We made changes to our original material sheets for electric, plumbing, cabinets, and flooring which gave us the he we wanted. There was no upcharge from Cornell's for any of the upgrades. We would build with hem again!
