Having been in here numerous times in the 14 years I’ve lived here, my experiences have mostly been bad. However. I will say. The last couple times I have been have been wonderful and efficient. It seems they got rid of the bitter lady that worked up front for decades. Thank god. Because she set the tone for the office and visit. Last couple of times I went in everything was smooth and efficient. I was treated nicely and felt heard. Where as before each time I went in and went to the desk and spoke to that woman, she would stare me up and down with harsh judgement as if I was wasting her time. My daughter had an ear infection with significant pain and we walked in at 6:25pm, right before they were closing at 7. The staff were all courteous and we never felt rushed. We saw Jeffrey Schmidt and he did a great job ordering tests, doing a physical examination, diagnosing, and listening to our concerns. He made us feel welcomed and confident in his ability to provide quality care.
Was a very short visit unlike most places for a Friday late afternoon visit . The employees and nurses were very friendly took care of me . I appreciate all that took care of me thank you for the best service a person could have late Friday afternoon .
