Teresa in the billing department was especially wonderful to work with. When we were confused about what was happening with a bill, she listened, communicated openly, looked into the situation, and genuinely worked to help us understand and resolve it.

Staff and Family nurse practitioners are all friendly,caring and knowledgeable. I was cleaning a house in Calhan and doing dishes I sliced my thumb. As I left the home to find an urgent care, I saw their sign and went in. They took me in right away and stitched it. I felt so comfortable there, I made them my primary care and have been there for many years, husband,too. I have Kaiser insurance and they are affiliated so when I went from medicaid to Kaiser I was able to stay with them.
Great staff, I feel comfortable there, everyone is friendly, my doctor Carri is great 👍😃, she's listens to me I don't ever feel rushed, never had to wait very long for my appointment 👍😁
