A slow leak behind our laundry room wall caused a huge mess. The team came out, removed the affected drywall, and made sure everything was completely dry. They worked neatly and left no debris behind. I appreciated their honesty about what they do. They made it clear they handle mitigation only, not repairs, which made me trust them even more. We had a toilet that overflowed because a certain little someone in our house flushed something he shouldn’t have. All Pro responded that night, was respectful of the fact we had kids that needed to go to bed and came back to finish the next day. Thank you for your professionalism!
