We were driving to North Carolina when we lost our brakes due to a ruptured brake line and lost all braking power. Trevor at Loves Travel Center suggested Vinces GM Center for repairs. We slowly drove there and the service manager took our van in immediately and work began. The Technician had to fabricate the part needed to repair the ruptured brake line. Although it took all day, we were able to leave that afternoon. The service department staff offered us transportation to get something to eat, and directed us to a nearby park to exercise our dogs. Thank you so much Rich in the service department!! What an outstanding company. My transmission went out in my brand new Silverado while moving from AZ to MO. I had to report to my new job the following morning. Rich got me in a loaner and on the road in minutes. Truck was repaired quickly.GM failed to live up to their agreement and ship my truck to me and get Vince’s loaner back. Rich drove my truck over ten hours to me and picked up his loaner.GM customer care was an epic fail but Vince’s was excellent. Thank you so much Rich.Ken Spencer

I cannot express how grateful I am for Vince's GM. Rich in the service department went above and beyond. I was moving from AZ to MO when my transmission went out. I had to be in Missouri the following morning to report to my new job. Rich got me in a loaner in less than an hour. After my truck was repaired Vince's drive my truck 700 miles to deliver it to me and pick up the loaner. GM customer service was an epic failure but again, Vince's stepped in and made up for them.
