We are a design firm that specializes in custom architecture plans (blueprints, house plans, construction documents) for residential and commercial. Our firm does everything from custom homes, additions, remodels, basement finishes, kitchen & bath remodels, decks, and garages. Our company provides 3D modeling, cost estimating, and has in-house designers / interior designers available. We sell many building products including windows & doors, cabinets, countertops, wood flooring, tile, shades & blinds, lighting, etc. We have business relationships with building contractors and engineers as well. We are located in Burlington, Colorado and have been serving eastern Colorado, western Kansas and Nebraska, Wyoming, and beyond since 2003.

Very nice and well done museum.Visited on the occasion of the Jean Jullien exhibition "Studiolo".Highly recommended.Also interesting is the shop inside the museum and the bar where you can sit and relax over a beer.
John and his staff is great to work with! He listens to what your ideas are and understands them. After telling him what we wanted, he built our dream home on paper right away. We really had no changes that needed to be done which ultimately saved us money! John was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Unique Dwelling if you are looking to build a new home.
We found lighting to be the most daunting phase of our renovation, so we called Unique Dwelling. John and Jamie are very easy to work with, they listen to your ideas and the final product reflects those ideas. We were more than pleased with the results.
