The worst customer service. We honestly question if this is a legit business. We purchased a shed over the phone but were told we needed to sign the invoice to confirm delivery but they wouldn’t send us an invoice. After numerous phone calls that were never returned and very snarky texts we cancelled our order. Would avoid-

Wonderful experience! Rayna took the time to help us with the design of our building, changing it several times because we changed our minds. Our building was done in the amount of time quoted. Delivery went so smooth. Jevon communicated his ETA several times on his way. And wow, his expertise in placing and setting the building was amazing! We love our new building!Services: Cabin design & building

Just don't even bother shopping here- Sub- par Service! I bought a cabin -shed a month ago and was promised a delivery with purchase within 10 days. I can't seem to get it delivered for anything! Still waiting!! No answer on when. Delivery service is a seperate also unreliable company? Brief interaction with them- So so Rude..Overall: Communication 0/10. Response time 1/10. Experience during the sale 2/10. Friendly, but It took some work just to get a hold of Sales dept. Follow through 0/10.
