John always does an amazing job with my massages. He helped me progress after shoulder surgery several years ago and I go back to him often for relief as often as possible. He consistently demonstrates his wealth of knowledge about his profession and continues his education to be the absolute best for his clients. I recommend John to everyone I possibly can! Had my first session today with Johnny.I am new to town, and never ever just see someone I find on line, i prefer recommended therapists and word of mouth. I prayed about it, and picked Helping hand from 6 different therapists on line in BV.I picked well.He is thorough, asks all the right questions, respectful, trusting, checks in with you, knows the body and the muscle systems very well.Great space and invitingHeated table, yum.Excellent intuition. John is highly skilled, professional, and friendly. He used different modalities during my 1.5-hour session and uncovered so many tight spots I didn't even know existed. It was intense and awesome!I've had many massages in my life but never experienced anything quite like this. Wish I could bring him to my home state :)
