Jason responded to our AAA call quickly and was beyond kind in the face of our stress. He even called a local tire place nearby for us to ensure that they had the correct tire for our rental car. In spite of the circumstances, this part of it could not have gone more smoothly.
A and R Towing responded to my AAA service call. The response was very quick (30 minutes or so). The driver was very professional. I was able to ride with them to the repair shop too.
Not only was he professional and kind. He was able to tell me about a possible recall on my vehicle.
