I spoke to Richard and scheduled a full inspection. He never showed up, didn’t answer my calls or respond to texts. Totally left me hanging. Don’t use them!

Richard displayed excellent attention to detail and utmost professionalism when inspecting a couple of properties for me before I decided on my current home. He was very patient and clear in answering all my questions. Heck of a nice guy as well. I would do business with him again when I purchase my next home and I will continue to do it recommend him to my friends and family that are shopping for homes.
