Matt is truly a professional at sports massage. His experience with anatomy, functional movement and ability to understand injuries is second to none. I have suffered from chronic pain in my neck for 10+ years from working at a computer and a related shoulder injury. I have worked with Matt for the past year and half and he has been the single most important factor in my pain relief. Matthew has been amazing to work with, I am so grateful to have found Raining Faith Massage. I went to him with very bad lower back pain that has been almost crippling. I have been trying to find a massage therapist that is in network with our anthem blue cross insurance (It is not easy). He did more to advance my healing in one session than I have gotten after trying many other doctors and treatments. He is very knowledgeable and insightful about the body. Since moving here from CA, I have struggled to find someone who is a true sports movement aligned bodywork expert. Matt is very intuitive with great experience. Exactly the professional who I have been looking for. It helps that he is a well rounded athlete who is focussed on mobility. I'll be on a biweekly schedule moving forward!

My primary purpose in working with clients is coming together for a common goal. I will make the best assessment that I can utilizing orthopedic tests, postural analysis, palpation and over 18 years of clinical experience. With that information the client receives 60 minutes of hands on attention uncovering problem areas regarding soft tissue dysfunction. I'm a firm believer in strong, functional movement and good mobility. My clients range in age from teens to octogenarians. Each client presents their own unique challenges and I firmly believe in working with other health care providers so that people can feel their best in their body.
