Dr. Clinch did a very thorough assessment at the beginning and remained highly involved throughout my treatment. During many of my TMS sessions he would check in with me while I was in the chair, asking thoughtful questions about how I was feeling and making connections between my symptoms, life circumstances, and the treatment. I really appreciated how attentive and engaged he was. He also followed my progress closely with regular check-ins and symptom rating scales.
The staff members who assisted with the TMS treatments were consistently kind, supportive, and completely non-judgmental. They made every visit feel comfortable and welcoming.
