Care providers are great, however no 5 stars because there's a lady who usually answers the phones in the first half of the day that I find to be generally less helpful than the gentleman we see at the desk in the evenings who is awesome and very helpful

For the most part happy with the service. Definitely have to add that their caseworkers are lacking considerably. Literally asking the same questions in every single visit and not doing anything about it. Telling you they’re going to help you with your resume and then not. Telling you they’re going to help you with getting a cot for your vehicle if you live in your car and then not. Asking you if they’ve spoken to you about other resources over and over and then never getting in contact with you about any of them. I've been receiving services here for about half a year now, and I truly can't praise the entire staff highly enough.Every single person I've dealt with, from the therapists and psychiatrists to the social workers and front desk individuals (special shout out to Arnolfo ?), has been of the highest character and full of kindness.I would recommend MHP to any and everyone - can truly be a life changing experience ❤️
