I got my nails done here a few days ago, very beautifully done exactly how I like them. Wanted to try a new salon because I recently moved and this salon was more convenient. Well I went ice skating a couple days ago and fell and ended up chipping my gel polish on one nail. Went in today, and within 5 minutes they fixed my nail free of charge! I would 10/10 recommend this nail salon. Reasonable prices, very friendly staff, and they TAKE CARE OF YOU! Very hard to find in a nail salon. If you’re looking for a quality nail salon that doesn’t nickel and dime you for every little service, this one is for you.

My mom and I have been coming to this salon since it opened and I must say everyone here is wonderful! I have never had a bad customer experience and enjoy coming in every three weeks. Everyone in this salon is professional as well as courteous and does everything they can to ensure you leave happy. While I tend to err on the side of simple nails they are always up for nail designs or out of the box ideas and they come out great each and every time. On my most recent visit I witnessed a pretty upset customer and the employee handled this interaction calmly and professionally even when being yelled at for something that was out of her control. I have been following the owner of lavish nails for 10+ years. I went to her when she worked at the other place in Thorton before she opened her own business. My daughter and I go faithfully every three weeks, and never have we had a bad experience. Everybody is friendly, funny and inviting. when my 84-year-old mother was visiting from out of state I took her and they always ask about her when I come in. You couldn’t ask for better people to spend a couple hours with on the weekend! Leann is the best at my crazy nail requests and Helen was the sweetest with my mom, and nobody beats Miss T for pedicures!!!! Fabulous place ❤️
