I cannot speak highly enough about Laurel vet clinic. My dog is quite scared and reactive at the vet and Laurel has been NOTHING short of incredible with him, but most importantly with me and my husband. We have had some very poor vet experiences in the past but at Laurel I know that every single person I encounter will lead with empathy, clarity and kindness. I just can't express my gratitude enough for the expertise and patience of the staff here and for always taking such incredible care of my best buddy - they truly embody everything that veterinary care should be.
I drive 6 hours round trip to take my dog to see Dr. Lacey Jones. This last visit was, once again, 100% worth the drive up to get clarity on what's going on with my puppy. It was about $500 cheaper than the vet visit we had close to home, and it somehow still included more comprehensive labs than we got at the prior place. Highly recommend this primary care center.
Our cat was thoroughly examined and received excellent treatment from Dr. Mortenson and Patty. Our sweet girl was so relaxed for this first visit to their office, was thoroughly examined and got her meds before we left. Patty explained how to administer them. Both Dr. Mortenson & Patty were attentive and caring to our girl and my husband and me. The 2 techs at the front desk were also very kind, professional, and efficient with everyone entering the clinic. I will recommend this place to our neighbors.
