Kyle is the BEST! I had a cold air return that had been cut off from a previous remodel from the original owner of the house. While I was doing a new remodel I wanted to reconnect the cold air return to the new system. However it wasn't just straight forward and easy. I tried for weeks to solve the problem with no solution. Kyle came out and solved the problem within a few minutes and was able to reconnect the return back into the system AND made it more efficient. I will be using Kyle for all of my HVAC needs in the future. He tells you how it is and doesn't try and up sell you on things you don't need like the other HVAC companies do. After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. They sent out a technician right away to help with the AC unit, which was not cooling properly. Took the time to diagnose the issue and recommend solutions. Did not try to sell me on anything. Would recommend.Service: A/C system maintenance
