My son has been part of the program for 4 months now. We attend between 2-4 times a week and love it. It’s more than just “learning to fight”. I can attest that it is a contributing factor to my son being raised right. Discipline. Respect. Routine. Accountability. If you have a school age child, please do you and your child a favor and inquire. I don’t review places often, but this place is top notch.
Just starting and feel so welcomed by the professor as well as other students and coaches. The instructions build on each lesson and help with confidence and technique. Great gym , very clean and welcoming group. Couldn’t be more happy with my choice to train here
Great place to work out with great instructors. Coach Will is a great guy with a level head that is all about teaching and getting people more comfortable in the field that he is mastering. Gives great pointers and different perspectives on every situation because he really wants to see you advance. Every single person on staff wants everyone to reach their goals and will help to make sure that happens.
